Add your signature to Outlook

Choose Generate signature to open the copy view. Then press Ctrl+A, Ctrl+C, and paste into your email signature settings with Ctrl+V.

Or use Copy signature directly to skip the copy view. Paste normally and keep formatting; do not use “paste as plain text.”

Where do I paste it in Outlook?

New Outlook / Outlook on the web: Settings → Accounts → Signatures. Create or edit a signature, replace the existing content, and save.

Classic Outlook for Windows: File → Options → Mail → Signatures. Create or edit a signature, replace the existing content, and save.

Select your signature for new messages and replies/forwards. Send yourself a test email. Setup and formatting support may differ in mobile apps.
